Who is responsible

Noubiome is a proposed community project operated by Noubiome. For questions about your information or to request removal, email privacy@noubiome.com.

What you share

The interest form collects your email, your permission to receive updates and, if you choose to provide them, your first name, preferred location and next life chapter. We record when you joined and which consent notice you accepted.

How it is used

Noubiome uses this information to understand interest in proposed communities outside India and prepare relevant updates. Joining does not reserve a property, require a deposit or create a housing guarantee. Email delivery is not yet active: no emails are being sent.

Where it is held

Noubiome signup information is stored in a Neon Postgres database located in the United States, and the website is hosted by Vercel. The list is accessible only through a password-protected owner dashboard and export. No advertising trackers are added to this website. Hosting providers may process technical access logs.

Keeping the form reliable

We use a hidden spam field, validation and temporary rate limits. Rate-limit identifiers are keyed hashes that contain no plaintext IP address; each lasts 15 minutes, and expired records are cleared during later requests. These records are separate from your signup.

Your choice

After a new signup, the site displays a private preferences link once. Save it to remove yourself and delete your signup details at any time. Treat that link as private. If you no longer have it, email privacy@noubiome.com from the address you signed up with and ask to be removed; your signup details will then be deleted. Removed details leave the list immediately; copies in our database provider’s backup history expire within 7 days. Future emails will include an unsubscribe link.

Your details remain on the interest list until you request removal or the operator closes the list. Information will not be sold or used for unrelated campaigns.
